SAN ANTONIO -- A mall employee is behind bars, accused of having sex with a minor after meeting her at his job.
An arrest warrant affidavit states 22-year-old Juan Trevino was working at the Hot Topic clothing store at Rivercenter Mall when he allegedly approached a 14-year old girl. Police say Trevino talked the teen into having sex in the backseat of his friend's car while that friend and another friend were riding in the front seat. According to investigators, Trevino assaulted the girl a second time at friend's house while the same two friends used their cell phones to video the act. The arrest warrant affidavit states Trevino also talked the girl into sending him "nude photos" of herself and that he sent some of himself to her as well.
Trevino is now in the Bexar County Jail facing a sexual assault charge.
