SAN ANTONIO -- They are strong, rare-earth, magnetic beads. You can find them under several brand names, like "Buckyballs."

But as news 4 WOAI's Leslie Bohl reports, they're also one of the biggest health concerns for children of all ages.

Not to mention the never ending attacks on Bucky Balls by the CPSC has causing their manufacturer to stop making them thus putting the company out of business. This was so pointless, you can still buy similar products under different names, but they put out of business the most famous of them.

Totally BOGUS story. Must be sweeps week. The Buckyballs magnets state right on the package they are an adult only toy, not meant for kids, and that if ingested they can cause intestinal damage. More examples of modern fools blaming inanimate objects for tragedy.
