A passenger who became unruly after allegedly drinking too much alcohol had to be taped to his seat on a trans-Atlantic flight, witnesses and authorities said.

Must have been his first trip away from home without his Mommy. At least he has a nice picture of himself to frame and put on the fireplace mantle. What an IDIOT!!!
