SAN ANTONIO -- A man is recovering after he was allegedly beaten and robbed by a self-proclaimed mixed martial arts fighter.
According to a police affidavit, the victim identified Patrick Lockhart in a photo lineup. Investigators say Lockhart befriended the victim at a sports bar and went to the victim's home to play video games. That's where Lockhart allegedly attacked the victim, punching him and knocking him out. The victim suffered a broken jaw and black eye.
Investigators say Lockhart then stole a television and more than $2,000 cash from the victim's home. He now faces aggravated robbery charges.
