SAN ANTONIO -- The Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office has identified a woman whose nude body was found on the side of a road on the East Side last week.
Police say 24-year-old Stephanie Garcia was found dead by a man riding a bike along Roland Road on the morning of Tuesday, October 2nd.
Garcia's cause of death has not been released.
