SAN ANTONIO – Lanes on Loop 410 at Military Drive were finally re-opened at around 6:15 Wednesday after an 18-wheeler accident. Police had completely closed lanes in both directions after the big rig went over a concrete barrier and knocked down a light pole.

The driver is expected to be okay.
