SAN ANTONIO - All may not be lost for Motif Modern Living furniture store customers who lost money.

Copenhagen furniture store located at 15909 San Pedro Avenue is opening its doors to those customers. Copenhagen carries some of the same products as Motif and is willing to assist.

"We take their deposits they have in place, hopefully be able to use that deposit we don't get the money, but use that deposit against ordering the product for them, " said Jens Hansen, Vice President of Copenhagen.

Copenhagen may have the same product in stock.

Hansen went on to say Copenhagen will look at Motif customer's complaints and even try and make contact with the furniture manufacturer.

"Just bring your receipts in so we can check and see you know who the manufacturer is, model number and if it's a product we can get first of all, " Hansen went on to say.

The Better Business Bureau (BBB) so far has received 18 complaints against Motif.

"We're trying to get some sort of answers for these people, it's unfortunate and a lot of these people have paid cash up front, " said Kristi Pena with the BBB.

The Attorney General's Office has received two complaints against the company.
