Investigators said when the Osborne's girlfriend heard the commotion, she jumped out of a back window and ran to a neighbors house to safety.

Osborne was a respected businessman and contractor. He owned the popular indoor skate park "The Tank."

Police told News 4 WOAI they suspect Osborne's murder may have been drug-related. Officers found marijuana plants growing in several rooms of Osborne's house, but said but they don't have a solid motive for his murder.

Neighbors told police they saw two men in a hatchback-type car leaving the area without its lights on.
