Local business taking time to Plank

What's up with the poll? The only choices are either we do it, or we think it's wrong? As if it should offend something moral within us? Please. How about a simple "Yes I do," or "No, I don't" poll? And for those of you getting all foamy at the mouth over the thought of someone else doing this--chill out. Get a rabies vaccination or something. You are severely overreacting.

"I don't breath?" BREATH? Apparently even journalists don't need an education these days. They enjoy planking at work? You mean lying around on stuff, taking pictures? This is the dumbest thing I think I've ever heard. I enjoyed planking at work too. Then I got fired for being a lazy fool-boy.

My trainer makes me do planks and they are sure a lot harder than just lying around on random objects. Leave is to SA to take the exercise out and make a lazy version LOL

i havent seen planking catch on here and im scared of embarrassment from my coworkers lol, but if i see people becoming more aware of it, i'll do it. also look up CONE-ING on youtube. apparently it is the new planking.
