SAN ANTONIO- More than half a million Lean Cuisine meals are being recalled because they may contain glass fragments.
Nestle issued the recall for Lean Cuisine's Mushroom Mezzaluna Ravioli meals after some consumer complained.
The affected meals have a "best before" date of December 2013.
Target and Walmart say they did not sell that particular tray.
