I can't tell who's the looniest, Pastor Boob, GayAthiest or her former employer. Sounds like she has a very good chance of winning her lawsuit. Hope the manager who made this decsion is out on their keister for such a dumb stunt.

Homosexuals do not like to see pregnant women, as it reminds them they are perverts. They promote the idea of homosexual reproduction as a way to continue the human race. This idea makes perfect sense to them, as they are primarily liberals and they have a great many similar theories they would like to introduce that are equally sensible. This idea of homosexual reproduction is only one of their ideas and by no means the most bizarre. They enjoy making their ideas known to the normal population as a way of getting attention. They are often in a frenzy to get that attention as quickly as possible, as their habits usually lead to AIDS and then to Hell, where they are made to suffer for their sins. The Devil always has room in his hot tub, but you won't like it down there. Come ye then to Jesus, ere it's too late.

Pregnant women should stay home. Nobody wants to see that. Pregnancy should be taxed and adoption should be granted special tax exemptions. America needs a moratoriam on pregnancy and pregnancy should not be encouraged.

call centers push supervisors and managers to push the workers to the limits. My wife worked at one that Upper Management who sit in there office and do as they please, say that phone support had to Schedule the bathroom breaks for the day so you could only go at your assigned time? certain medical conditions dont allow you to "schedule" bodily functions. they also had a a time limit of 3 minutes, and restrooms were not close to work area. Corporate management does not care about people you are just a robot for them to get more money in their pockets no matter what. Clueless idiots who make decisions because they dont live in reality and dont take time to try to see what employees actually go thru to get the jobs done, head in the sand attitudes.

Sorry, doesn't matter how much or how frequently she is going to the restroom. Pregnant women have rights, period!! She submitted her FMLA paperwork which more than likely had stated on it that she would be taking frequent bathroom breaks. Most OBGYN's include that on the paperwork for pregnant patients to protect them. Pregnancy is a temporary condition not a physical injury that will affect the employee throughout their employment. Pregnant women have to be accommodated and treated differently! This woman was clearly treated unfairly and was discriminated against due to her pregnancy. No!! They can not make her take maternity leave or medical leave. Sorry!! She has a right to work and stay at work! Read the Pregnancy Disability Act! Does an employer send home an employee and make them take leave if they have irritable bowel syndrome?? No!! So why send home a pregnant woman!! This company should have known all the rules before they played the game!!

Yes, she is protected by the Preggo Act, but if she is spending more time in the bathroom, than on the job, the employer has a right to act. They can't fire her, but they can request that she goes on maternity or medical leave in the meantime. I'm guessing there are other issues with this woman and the employer was looking for a reason to get rid of her.

Sounds like the employer was trying to treat the pregnant woman as though she wasn't pregnant. Dumb move employer! The Pregnancy Discrimination Act is designed to give women protection from being fired for being pregnant. Nothing wrong with that, and most employers make accommodations for that; but apparently this one is going to have to learn the hard way!

Granted you have to make special arrangements to accommodate a pregnant woman, but how much is too much? How much time is she spending away from her desk? Not knowing the whole situation and getting only her side of the story villain-izing the employer makes it hard to develop an informed opinion.
