SAN ANTONIO -- An U.S. Air Force training instructor has been sentenced to three months of hard labor without confinement in connection with a relationship he had with a student.
A seven-member officer panel also sentenced Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland Staff Sergeant Donald Davis to a reduction in rank and a bad conduct discharge. Davis pleaded guilty to engaging in an "unprofessional personal and sexual relationship with a technical training student."
Davis was found not guilty of abusive sexual contact and battery against a trainee.
