Kerrville murder suspect turns himself in

KERRVILLE, Texas -- A man wanted for a murder in Kerrville has turned himself in to police.

Police were searching for 24-year-old Joseph Zackary Diaz in connection with the shooting death of 20-year-old Pedro Zuniga III. Zuniga was found shot on February 10th and later died at University Hospital.

Kerrville Police confirmed Diaz turned himself in Saturday at the Kerr County Sheriff's Office.

Diaz is charged with murder and possession of marijuana and is being held at the Kerr County Jail. His bond has been set at $252,500.00.
