The problem I have with all this is the fact that this individual is innocent until proven guilty. The district has no business putting out any information except to say that there is an on-going investigation. Someone's life and career is getting ruined as we speak without cause since there is still an on-going investigation. A friend of mine went through the same thing with this district. The district had released her name and picture. They even had her sign a letter stating she could never say anything negative about the district. After it was signed, she was informed that her case had been closed and no wrong doing had occurred. They need a new people in HR. The ones they have now are clueless about human relations. To the AP, do not sign anything. They are full of crap. Don't let them bully you like they have done to others. You are in my prayers.

Why is a 7yr old at a SECONDARY Alternative School? The schools website says levels (grades) 9-12.

I don't care what this child has done, or why he is in alternative school, A TEACHER, PRINCIPAL or ANY OTHER ADMINISTRATOR DOES NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO PUT THEIR HANDS ON A CHILD. This kid obviously has behavior problems so MAYBE these issues should be addressed, and get this kid some help. What the h377 is slapping him in the face going to accomplish? A little more disrespect for bullying adults who are supposed to be helping him???? Wow, what examples we adults are setting. Someone needs to slap her in the face.

I use to work for the NEISD alternative schools those kids can do no wrong regadless of what they do,the teachers have their hands tied if a parent complains to the main office there's negative action taken against the teacher and principal. School is not what it used to be at all.

I believe children are a reflection of their parents and their upbringing! I also believe that there are exceptions where the child is special needs or has other issues. I think people have abused the excuse of "special needs" to the point that most people believe it's just an excuses or straight up bulls...On the other hand I think parent's have gotten so straight up lazy and since there is no conscience why change! If you don't want to take the time and effort to raise a child properly DON'T FKING HAVE THEM PERIOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
