SAN ANTONIO - A man in Poteet has been arrested and charged with shooting and killing a man Friday.
Investigators tell us Jay Guerra, 19, was arrested Saturday morning at a friend's house in the city. Investigators believe he killed Emilio Villa, 35, outside a public housing complex.
The shooting is believed to be gang related.
Guerra is now in the Atascosa County Jail.
