This idiot deserves the maximum punishment. He gets a second chance at life even if he serves time to where as the innocent victim that was killed doesn't. He doesn't deserve probation for his cowardness in trying to pin his actions on someone critically injured!

Based on other dwi manslaughter trials, the drivers that received probation did alot of sad story sobbing(my first offense, single mom...blah blah blah). If he's a good actor and can cry while in court with remorse in his eyes he might get the jury to give him probation.
