An innocent bystander was shot in the head Monday evening while walking on the track at Sunrise Park, near Binz Engleman and Foster on the northeast side.

Karma will catch up. With these 2 , they will experience it from now till they are caught, karma is a $&@&$)(; and when they are caught, give the shooter the death penalty ,we don't need garbage like this on our streets.
