An ice-cream truck in El Paso is carrying marijuana and this is news here? Hell if it happened here it wouldn't even be news.

They're probably out of jail already unless they are wanted for other crimes, which is not uncommon with drug users. They shouldn't be allowed to be ice cream truck vendors since it is a business that targets children, but that's a shame. I'll say that with the amount of Registered Sex Offenders living all around us (check the Database by Zip Code and you'll be disturbed, then show your teenage kids), you can't get away from criminals, don't be blind!!
