SAN ANTONIO - The fire department has reported that the lower level of IH-35 at Laredo is now clear following an accident involving an 18-wheeler earlier this afternoon. The 18-wheeler collided with another vehicle. A green liquid, most likely transmission fluid, was cleared from the road.
