I wonder if kickbacks were involved with this company. They sure got alot of jobs with the state and the city.

We have the same thing on Hunt Lane between Ingram and Potranco. After reading all the stories about Ballenger going bankrupt, I realized that construction had ground to a halt on Hunt Lane and wondered if this was one of their projects. Taking my daughter to school one day, I checked one of the signs and sure enough. This project was to be completed by the beginning of the current school year so it's way overdue. However, there was some activity out there today as some guys were surveying the current condition of the site. Hopefully that is a sign that work will resume soon.
