SAN ANTONIO-- Gene Brummett says he is fed up with the drainage problem behind his home and is demanding the city do something to fix it.

Brummett says for the last 2 years he has been dealing with a huge hole that is growing as water flows through his backyard. His home is located on Gino Park near Stahl Road in Judson Crossing subdivision.

Brummett says he has made numerous complaints to Public Works because his yard is damaged and his fence is falling. The damage is now leading to others problems for his neighbors.

“What happens is we have the water coming out of drain pipe and water come up from hill, and it all goes underneath my fence and that's what caused it to erode,” Brummett.

Brummett feels the builder and the city owe him a new fence.

Public Works has started work on the drainage ditch, and officials say they’re looking into the issue.
