SAN ANTONIO- A wild situation on the southeast side Tuesday evening as a homeowner takes a shot at a man who broke into his garage.

It happened around 11:30 at a home on Glamis near east Southcross and Pecan Valley. The homeowner heard a noise and went to investigate. That's when he found someone inside the detached garage. Police say the homeowner had a gun and fired a shot at the suspect who then ran off. It did not appear that suspect was hit, but police did search the area for him.

Glad to see many homeowners and businessmen finally fighting back. You get caught breaking into someone's residence or committing robbery, you have basically forfeited your life.
