SAN ANTONIO- Bexar County Sheriff’s deputies go to issue a drug warrant at a Northwest Side home and uncover five bombs. They were improvised explosive devices. And that's just the start of what was found.

This happened Monday afternoon at a house located on Hardesty near Loop 1604.

Investigators found also found methamphetamines inside the home along with illegal guns and body armor. The bomb squad was called in when the IED’s were found. They safely detonated all of the devices in the back yard of the home

Investigators have arrested the man inside the home, 51-year-old Frederico Aguilar. He faces multiple federal and local charges.

If they safely detonated all the "bombs" in the back yard, I'm thinking them bombs were probably like fire crackers wrapped in duct tape. I bet they detonated them bombs in the opening of a fire ant nest; that is sort of what we used to do back in the day when red ants were a problem. Now that it is the future, the red ants are gone and they have been replaced by communist fire ants from South America, who communicate via short waves with the killer bees. This means that the officers on the bomb squad need to be replaced by younger men who are familiar with the current tactics of insects.
