SAN ANTONIO -- It's cause for celebration for nearby businesses and drivers who frequent the area.
The US Highway 281 North ramps to Loop 1604 East and Loop 1604 West will open Thursday afternoon. The Alamo Regional Mobility Authority held a 'ribbon-cutting' Thursday morning to mark the event. The ramps will open at 4:00 p.m., just in time for rush hour traffic.
