SAN ANTONIO - The public high school graduation rate in America is at its highest level since 1976.
The report from the U.S. Department of Education is based on data collected from the class of 2010.
It also reveals one out of five students will take more than four years to earn their diploma.
Officials say more people are finishing high school because the job market is so competitive, that there are few jobs available to people who don't have a high school education.
