I'm having a hard time understanding the training, or lack thereof, of the cops in this state recently. We've got a HS student handcuffed that shoots himself in the back of the head sitting in the cruiser. Guess the arresting cops didn't do a very good job of patting him down for weapons. Now, you've got this dude making off with the police cruiser while handcuffed.........in front, and not cuffed with his hands behind him. No wonder the crime rate is increasing!! Incompetent cops don't put much fear into anybody, especially the criminal element!!!

Only in White Settlement, Texas.....LOL.... Damn!.

Why weren't the police officers watching him!!! It's their fault for him getting away in their car. There goes the tax payers taxes higher.
