Guilty verdict in murder and child sex trafficking trial

SAN ANTONIO - A the trial of a man accused of murder and forcing a teenage girl into prostitution was handed a guilty verdict.

Wednesday evening a jury found Kwaku Agyin, 21, guilty of six counts of trafficking children, several counts of aggravated sexual assault and one count of murder.

Agyin is scheduled to go before a judge later in October for the sentencing phase of the trial.

If he's Kenyan, he could get a presidential pardon.

He still has to go for sentencing so there's a chance of probation or if given prison time, appeal.
