Oh, and FreeHole, the "Grease Monster" of the story is actually REAL!!! Not to take away from your passions, this truly is a matter that needs addressing and the public needs to be educated on it. Pouring grease down the drain is BAD, disastrous, and preventable!!!!!

What?!?!.....No mention of the Easter Bunny, or the Tooth Fairy, or the Boogie Man, or.........oh, wait, are those included under "etc."? Is the only evil worth fighting in San Antonio? Or, are you just starting the revolution locally?

Children of San Antonio...Satan, Yehova, Santa Claus, Allah, etc. are fictional characters. So is the so called "grease monster". Don't believe the wicked when they try to lie to you. Their smiles are fake. The evil we need to fight are the monsters of greed, lust and lies in San Antonio's corporate public organizations.

One of the first things that I learned as a very young mother's helper cook is that you don't pour grease down the drain for the very reason that it can & often will clog things up. If, for any reason you must pour a very small amount down, you make sure it goes down with HOT water and LOTS of dish detergent and plenty of water to flush it all well. That really isn't feasible in today's world and city environment, tho. If you can let the grease residue from cooking congeal then scrape it into the trash, great. Oil...put into a ziploc baggie once cool, then take out with the garbage. Best plan...........eliminate as much grease as possible from your cooking and diet. I'm in the country and I pour the old grease from my FryDaddy into red ant beds to move them on down the road!!! Works fairly well, too.
