My heart goes out to the Strait family. They are in my thoughts and prayers. I lost my brother two years ago in April unexpectedly. He was only 49. I certainly understand what they're going through. God bless them and keep them. Debra, Lilburn GA

My thoughts and prayers go out to the Strait family. This is a devastating loss. May God comfort them and guide them through their grief, and give them strength. I do hope that everyone respects their privacy. I will always remember Buddy's sense of humor and easy smile. Rest in peace in God's care.

Any of us that new George Strait, Buddy, their Dad & whole family are grieving with them. They are wonderful Christian people and our hearts go out to them and may God give them comfort and peace. Let us all respect their privacy right now. Signed, a former High School classmate

What a sad day for the Strait family. My daughters knew Buddy and his wife Denise and their two children through youth livestock shows , rodeos , and school sporting events. They were such a down to earth friendly sincere family. Very close! God Bless them at this time and my heart and prayers go out to them!
