BANDERA, Texas -- A fugitive who has been on the run for nine months is now behind bars.

James Rubio was wanted for cutting off his ankle monitor and failing to register as a sex offender. A tip led members of the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force to Rubio at a home in Bandera Monday.

Rubio was on the Department of Public Safety's Top 10 list of Texas sex offenders.

These Filthy pig MEN that do this to Women should have their genitals surgically removed..EVERY ONE OF THEM! Of course More Women are carrying now days, and to ASSURE they can no longer do this to Women,Their genitals should absolutely be the first target...then a second target to stop them forever!
