SAN ANTONIO -- A former Judson Kindergarten teacher could end up in jail.
Cynthia Ambrose faces a charge of official oppression for allegedly lining up students to hit another student for "acting like a bully." Another teacher reported the alleged incident, which reportedly happened at Salinas Elementary in May. The investigation revealed at least seven children allegedly hit the 6-year-old.
Ambrose no longer works for Judson. If convicted, she faces a up to a year in jail.
