SAN ANTONIO - A former San Antonio police officer was back in court Tuesday morning appealing a drunken driving conviction.
Winder Morales was convicted last year for a wreck that happened in 2009. He flipped an unmarked police car.
Morales’ attorney argues that results of his blood draw should not have been allowed in court because the draw was taken nearly six hours after the wreck.
A panel of judges will give a written opinion.
