News 4 WOAI is getting closer to its goal of collecting one million pounds of "Food 4 SA" and we are getting some help from a little boy with a big idea.

Every morning, four-year-old Ethan Hijazi and his mom, Dalinda, have breakfast and watch San Antonio Living on News 4 WOAI. A few weeks ago, Ethan saw one of our stories about "Food 4 SA" and how people are collecting to help the San Antonio Food Bank.

"He said, well, I have a shopping cart and we could ask people to put food in our shopping cart and then we can give it to (the Food Bank,)" Mrs. Hijazi explained.

All month, Ethan has been out collecting canned food with his Fisher Price shopping cart. He goes all over his neighborhood in Selma. He has collected dozens of cans and was recognized by the Food Bank on News 4 WOAI at 10.

The Food Bank has even created a special place on its website where you can use your credit card to help "Fill Ethan's Shopping Cart." You buy canned food items in a virtual supermarket. For more information, go to:  http://www.food4sa.org/
