SAN ANTONIO – A deadly accident that shook this community could head to court. News 4 WOAI has learned a wrongful death lawsuit was filed for the death of Greg and Alex Bruehler.

The Bruehlers were killed at the beginning of October when a driver accidentally hit them as they rode a bike built for two on Bandera Road north of Helotes.

The driver is not facing any charges. Greg's father is seeking damages against the driver and his company.

Gilbert Sullaway Jr. was driving a company vehicle when the accident happened. Any money gained from the suit would go to the Bruehler’s 7-year-old daughter.
