SAN ANTONIO -- A convicted sex offender from Florida who moved to Texas has been arrested by the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force.
Officials say 52-year-old Gregg Scott was convicted and sentenced to 5 years in prison in 1998 for sexually assaulting a 15-year old girl. After his release, he moved to Texas but didn't register as a sex offender.
Scott was arrested last Friday at a home in East Bexar County.
He's now in the Bexar County Jail.
