SAN ANTONIO -- Firefighters are battling a house fire near the Botanical Gardens.
Fire crews were called to the home in the 300 block of Pershing around 4:15 p.m. Thursday.
More than a dozen units were dispatched to the scene to fight the flames and were able to put out the fire within about half an hour.
