SAN ANTONIO -- Fire crews spent most of the morning battling a two-alarm fire that they believe was set intentionally at a tire shop on the West side.
The fire happened in the 5000 West Commerce Street near General McMullen around 2 a.m. Friday.
Fire officials told News 4 San Antonio the blaze started in the back of the tire yard.
The fire burned for hours and as of 6 a.m. crews were still on the scene.
Authorities say they believe accelerants were intentionally used to start the fire.
Someone reported people breaking into the shop, a fire official said, adding there is a history of break ins at the location.
