CRYSTAL CITY, Texas - Police in South Texas say three people were killed and three others injured in a shooting that appeared to be related to a feud between two families. Now a mother, her teenage son and another man are dead.
Two of the survivors were were airlifted to San Antonio hospitals. Investigators say they’ll be taken to jail along with four people arrested at the scene.
Two different families that live across the street from each other have been feuding on and off for years. Now the investigation is underway to find out what made this dispute turn deadly.
The Zavala County Sheriff tells News 4 WOAI there hasn’t been a murder in the area for at least 2 years. Crystal City is a town of about 7,190 people about 117 miles southwest of San Antonio.
