SAN ANTONIO - A San Antonio father is arrested and charged with leaving his two young children on a front porch alone.
Sunday night at 9:00 police were called out to the great grandmother's South Side home shortly after Sethe Faz, 24, reportedly left his one- and three-year-old daughters. We've learned the small children were on the dark porch for about 10 to 15 minutes before great grandmother Sylvia Vasquez heard a little voice.
"She says, 'Nana.' I thought, 'Am I hearing things?'" said Vasquez.
Vasquez tells me the one year old was sitting on the porch petting a cat and the three year old was standing next to the door.
The great grandmother said, "How could he do that. He knew I could not take care of them by myself."
Vasquez, who is disabled, takes care of the girls when someone else is there. She tells me she had no idea Faz left them.
Faz is out on bond.
The girls are back with their mother.
