I blame the SAPD and it's largely innefective, politically correct so called chief. There's no law enforcement in this town. Drunks, no respect for crosswalks or stop signs, no respect for speed limits. You can't find cops anywhere except the occasional sighting of a ticketing. This is truly a lawless town. Look at Arizona, try something like speeding in Phoenix. Oh and yes, they arrest illegal aliens on sight too.

live in Northern Hills and there was a house that twice an auto went through a light too fast, hit the low dip and plunged into the same house. The first time, just some brick damage, the second time, the house burned to the ground. Neighbors pulled the driver out unhurt and fortunately no one was home. This was several years ago and the foundation remains - who wants to rebuild where two cars have come through the house - both caused by excessive speed and at least one was drunk driver - Thoughts are with Rita and all of her family. Such a tragic loss.
