SAN ANTONIO -- Viola Barrios was a well-known San Antonio restaurateur who was violently killed in her own home by a neighbor back in April of 2008.
Since her death, her children have kept her spirit alive through the Viola's Huge Heart Foundation, which gives scholarships to high school girls. Now the family has a new project which pays tribute to her in a whole new way -- through her passion in the kitchen.
News 4's Shelly Miles recently talked to the Barrios Family about Viola's lasting legacy and "Viola's Ventanas."
