SAN ANTONIO - The San Antonio Fire Department was called out early Saturday morning for a high water rescue at Salado Creek. When they arrived at 3 am they found two cars stuck in two feet of water, but no one inside the vehicles. The Texas Department of Transportation placed barricades to keep vehicles away from the high water area. They had to wait until the water receded before towing the vehicles.
