SAN ANTONIO -- A robber roughed up a long-time employee inside a west side business early Sunday morning and now employees are left wondering if someone they know was behind the crime.

Johnny Lubianski was working at AAA Auger at 3:00 a.m. when a masked man surprised him inside the building.  The man forced Lubianski to the ground and made him open and empty the safe at knifepoint. Lubianski says the man kicked him in his calf but he was not seriously hurt.

Two men managed to get inside the business by running across the roof and going through a door Lubianski accidentally left unlocked. Lubianski said he didn't even know there was a second man there until he saw the surveillance video.

The man seen on the video went straight over to the camera and moved it, to try to cover up his crime.  Another camera outside the building was also moved, and co-workers wonder if a former employee may be responsible.

"I can't imagine ever having an employee who worked for us do that," Kent Wahl said.

Now they're hoping you can help catch the crooks.

"Just imagine if it was your family member or your grandfather or your dad? What would you think? How would you feel?" he asked.

AAA Auger is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week on Pinn Road, off SH 151, so plumbers are coming and going at all hours.  If you have any information about the crime, call San Antonio Police.
