SAN ANTONIO -- Police say a driver who struck an elderly man west of Downtown will not be charged.

The accident happened on South San Jacinto and Buena Vista Street around 6:30 p.m. Wednesday. The elderly man had just gotten off a bus when he was clipped by an oncoming car.

Police said the elderly man was not seriously hurt.
