They don't give an age for the "elderly" driver. At what age does one become elderly, what are the prerequisites for becoming same, are we all dumped into one pot? Was he under the influence of liquor or pot or prescrition drugs. Does he have a preexisting condition that should have kept him off the road? So many questions and absolutely NONE of them answered, as usual.

Why does somebody always have to bring up texting whenever there has been an accident? There could have been a hundred different reasons...

So no license suspension pending a hearing to determine if this person is fit to drive? WTF! Was there texting involved, health issues, or something else? Talk about lazy police work.

In that part of town, where there are many, many unsaved out driving around, the casualties among fences are higher. There are also more fences to hit, as the wicked like to fortify their houses against the neighbors, who are also wicked, and the police, many of whom are wicked as well.
