SAN ANTONIO -- A jury has returned a guilty verdict in the trial of an elderly driver who hit and killed an 11-year-old boy and didn't stop to help.

The man, 73-year-old Juan Manuel Lopez, was convicted for failing to stop and render aid. Super Abel Herebia, who was named after his birthday on Super Bowl Sunday, was walking home from football practice when he tried to cross Highway 90 back in September of 2009.

Lopez faces up to 10 years in prison.
