SAN ANTONIO - A man is recovering after he was shot on the East Side Wednesday night.
The shooting happened around 11:00 p.m. Wednesday on Burnett Street, near North Walters and East Houston Street. Police say the man was driving, when he almost hit a man standing in the road. The driver stopped to exchange words with the man, and the man then pulled out a gun and shot the driver.
The driver was taken to San Antonio Military Medical Center in stable condition.
Police are still looking for the suspect.
