SAN ANTONIO -- A woman faces DWI charges after police say she slammed her car into a light pole on Broadway near Mulberry north of downtown.

Police say it was around 3:00 a.m. Tuesday when the woman and a male passenger crashed into the pole. The passenger suffered minor injuries. Crews responded to repair the damaged pole.
