Driver flees after crashing car into guardrail

SAN ANTONIO -- Police are searching for a driver who abandoned their vehicle after hitting a guardrail.

This happened near the entrance ramp of 151 and Ingram road around 2 a.m. Investigators say the driver crashed into the rail before fleeing the scene on foot. Alcohol is believed to have played a role in the crash.

Now all he will be charged with is leaving the scene of an accident. That is why they flee all the time. They need to change the law & make it an automatic DUI if you flee the scene. It's so obvious!
