SAN ANTONIO -- Loop 410 was closed late Wednesday after a driver fell asleep at the wheel and crashed his car, police said. The crash happened just before midnight near a construction area on Loop 410 at Old Pearsall road on the southwest side.
Police say the driver fell asleep and hit a concrete median causing his vehicle to rollover. The driver was not injured. There were no other vehicles involved in the crash.
All lanes of traffic have since been reopened.
